Haven't had the time to play around with it...Similar to Xen, but MetaRouter is used for the RB400 series boards to create a
virtual routers. Go into the '/metarouter' menu and there you will find the
info. When creating a new router you only need to specify the amount of RAM,
it will automatically choose how much disk to use.

Actually propagate-ttl is not negotiated in any way - to have consistent behaviour across your network you have to set it up the same on all routers in MPLS cloud. At least in ingress and egress ones, because propagate-ttl is used on router that pushes first label on layer-3 packet (ingress) and removes last label (egress).correction, i was not aware that the propagate-ttl=no is nogotiated from the ingress router downstream to all LSR's in the LSP.

It's not recommended to use Usermanager in v4, it's not finished and might have problems. If you want to use Usermanager, use v3 pleaseis it possible to change User Manager Logo in ROS4.0?
Metarouter is amazing! The power and functionality this adds in a large deployment like ours is exactly what we need.
We have so many large scale customers that this will be perfect for, especially how we run their traffic over our network.
Mikrotik team thank you! We are excited for this to be stable and will be testing away. We already have it up and running on two routers and on monday will extend it to two test customers if we don't find any problems between now and then.
xen is highly experimental =)when issue with xen and queues will be fixed?
please report to support@mikrotik.com with the support output file about this problem.bgp + ospf = stop working after two days and causes cpu to get 100% 4.0beta1

no, metarouter will not be on x86 because on x86 you got XENwill MetaRouter work on x86 architecture?
Any clues how to set up interfaces ? I want to try it on an RB493
I've created the a metarouter and got into its console
I just need a hint on how to use /metarouter interface
Nick.
All I want to know is how to use the /metarouter interface commands to set up interfaces between real and virtual routers.it is configured similar to xen on x86, just you do not create disk image for it.
you can easily just follow xen wiki document

On older version 10.10.1.1 and 10.10.1.1/32 are the same. Ok, I will use the /32 format. Tested and working with the older versionlook at target address fields 10.10.1.1 and 10.10.1.1/32 are not the same.
You should useCode: Select all/queue simple set [find target-addresses=10.10.1.1/32 ] disabled=yes
