I have cache full in door 3128 configured with rules in mangles and simple queue unlimited, however, when activating this simple queue, all the clients to pass through with unlimited speed, somebody would have some tip ?

? Client must download from cache at higher speed than his limit-at speed? It's explained in that PDF DOCUMENT I gave you above. You need v3.x for this or external Squid cache.
