i'd like to know how to configure voip on mikrotik
for example i have want to call my internal pc from internet or inside the network or anywhere
only voip no need for jacklines ,is it possible to work on mikrotik?

Version 3 does not have support for telephony. You have to use other OS to get telephony.

if you want to use the ip telephony in your network , you should have one call processing server like Asterisk
you can use mikrotik to handle outgoing or incoming call to pstn via FXO or FXS
