After an attempt to upgrade routeros to the latest version the rb411 is no longer showing up in winbox. I cannot access it no matter how I try. This is the first time this has happened to me and I would like to know the process to restoring the unit back to working condition. Thanks for the help!

Connect serial console cable and look what is going on during router reboot.
