Ip firewall for encapsulated PPPoE packets - ROS V3.20

Mon Feb 02, 2009 4:43 pm

Hello
I read what is new in v 3.20 and I saw:
"*) allow to use ip firewall for encapsulated PPPoE packets;"
This is wonderfull!! Now we can work with PPPoE packets, that ws imposible! An now the question are:
1) where it is in the Packet Flow diagram?
2) how we have to work with its?
Thank in advance

Look at this diagram.
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Packet_Flow
It is at the same place where use-ip-firewall is.
