Scripts which collect and show a client signal strenght

Shell Scripts which collect and show a client signal strenght on MIKROTIK wireless network.
This script uses the Joomla CMS with Comunity Bouder Componet ( http://www.joomlapolis.com) to display a signal on your web site.

This is very interesting for me. Because though i am totally clueless of databases etc, can u send me a step by step guide on what i have to do to make this work?
