i have a static ip and my router is speedtouch 510 and i want to log in through winbox from any other network i tried to write my static ip in winbox but faild to log in and the error mentioned that there is no port 80 but i also opend the ports 80 and 8291 in my speedtouch router and couldnt login to winbox also so please i need help in that and thanx

Not familiar with that router, but make sure that not only is the port 8291 open for TCP, but that it is routed via NAT to the IP of the Mikrotik box's internal IP address. Then make sure that in IP Services on the Mikrotik that the winbox service is on 8291 and is not restricted to any ip address range, make sure it shows 0.0.0.0/0.

what is speedtouch 510 and are you sure that RouterOS is running there? because you can only connect to router using winbox only if it is running RouterOS.
