I'm wondering if the Mikrotik boxes support transparent SPI.
If not, is this a feature that is planning on being added to the Mikrotik anytime soon?

By SPI you mean Stateful Packet Inspection? Acronyms are neat, except most of them have more than one meaning.

If you mean the firewall is working while router is bridging traffic, the answer is yes. And yes, it does have stateful packet inspection.
