We are wireless consultants..and we already did site survey ( pls do not advice to contact wireless consultant))..

my question here is what mikrotik prodcuts can serve the purpose depending on area and number of building of compound...
You are clearly lost based on your questions. Contact a real wireless consultant, not someone who claims to be one but doesn't know the basics.

I have to second RKs comment. Your questions show that you are obviously lacking the basics to design such a network.

The problem is: many people here could help you, but they usually get money doing this... At least that's the case here :-)

You're the wireless consultant, so you should know how many devices you'll need.
As far as what devices....depends upon what kind of service you're offering. Once again, you're the consultant.
Mikrotik devices available.....pick from the list. http://www.routerboard.com/comparison.html
how can we setup wireless points??
Consultants should have a basic knowledge of this.
