you can set up hotspot, and create scheduler rule that disabled the user profile at certain times of day.

This setup will allow you to:

• - Authenticate customer based on usernames
  - Apply speed limitations based on username, or group
  - Easily control which sites user can visit (hotspot works with proxy)
  - Account for customer used traffic and make reports etc.
