The 18POW (24vdc - 19 watts) should be fine. The RB433UAH draws 3 watts without cards and up to 10 watts with USB devices and no radios. That leaves 9 watts for radio cards. The xr2 takes a maximum 6.5 watts. So you are fine with a 19 watt power supply.

I generally tell my customers to use the higher power 24HPOW (38 watts) when they use two or more UBNT cards with a routerboard.
