Someone make it work stable 802.11n?

I tried everything I've read in this forum but can not be stable, shifts from 24mbit to 270 mbit and falls back to 6 mbit.

802.11n is still in beta.. if you have a problem submit a supout.rif to mikrotik so they can see whats going on and improve future revisions.
