Here's my setup, linksys modem(bridge mode) - MT - PC

I was able to set my eth1 interface to dial out ppoe to my ISP and it says connect,masquerade to ether1 interface,enable DHCP server on my Eth2,setup default gateway but i cannot connect to the internet, please check my settings

In the second image you sent, you should have allowed us see the 'dial out' tab - have you input the correct 'service name', 'user' and 'password'? You should aso mark the boxes 'add default route' and 'use peer dns'; otherwise you will have to manually specify correct dns and valid gateway (not 192.168.2.1).

In the third image, the static gateway you created isn't likely - it's referring to your lan on ether2 as the gateway! If you enable 'add default route' like we said above you shouldn't be seeing that.

This is all good advice's. I am by far not an experienced mikrotik user, but these advices are exactly was worked for me.

One more thing that I had to do to make it work was to change the masquerade src-nat to point to the PPPoE connection (output interface) - not the physical interface, that seem not to work.

PS. then you only need one line in the route list In your case brigde-1 should of course be replace by your lan interface and your network.
