application enforcement on mikrotik

Does mikrotik has application enforcement feature like sonic firewalls? example, my boss only wants the whole company to use IE 7 instead of other browsers such as firefox.. any idea?

Tell the boss that this is an insecure decision and will invite more viruses
RouterOS is a router, it's not meant for such things.
