I would like to apologize if this has been covered previously, but.....

My company is running the Version 3.30 on a Pc, and we seem to have encountered problems that i've searched the wiki and cannot fix.

First and foremost this is our basic setup:

1. We have a Transparent Web-Proxy from the wiki eg
2. Each PC has a mangle rule and a queue under simple queue, using the forward chain to capture all traffic to ip and from ip.
3. That result is then displayed via the graphs, created under simple queue.
4. Each PC is limited to 64kb.
5. Pc's are allocated an ip from our SBS 2003, via dhcp.

This is what is required to be implemented:

1. A transparent Web-Proxy (Check)
2. Each PC with graphs to match data in and out of PC (semi-check, graphs don't work on all pc's)
3. Each PC has to be limited to 64kb, that also implies any PC that is not part of the mangle setup. (not check)
4. Priority to skype. (not check)

I've tried most options on wiki, but cannot get the "Mikrotik Box", to do what is required. Any assistance would be grateful.

use this: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Drop_IM_Using_L7 to mangle skype and later make queues to give priority.
