problem in ip address

hi
I have problem in ip
the problem
when client use internret,they take the ip successful , but the problem when they download from lan ,sometimes they take the ip and sometimes they take my network gateway ip so they will have limitation in downlading from lan
plz help

please post your setup. where your clients obtain IPs from?

plz keep in mind that the costumers get ip successful without any problem but the problem when they download from lan they take 192.168.0.10
it apears in programm that he take this ip but when i go to winbox i see it he got the right ip
i dont know why it happens in lan but this sometimes and also the links from lan are not respons on click no 1 .but they respons on click no 2.i dont know why.

192.168.0.10 is most likely used because you have set up source NAT.

and i will be very Grateful to u


problem(downloading from lan is not respons in one click and( it needs 2 clicks)
also costumers (sometimes) take the ip 192 168 0 10 when they download from lan

remove src-address from masquerade and set out-interface

out interface should be WAN port
