Problem to translate user manager.

Mon Nov 09, 2009 12:59 pm

RB532A
ROS 4.1 (license upgraded ¡thanks to MT!)
User manager activated and tested working properly for HotSpot auth.

I followed instructions on wiki to create a translation to spanish in this link:
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/User_Mana ... anslations
Downloaded example
modified some words with poedit(test purposes).
uploaded via FTP with the name sp_SP.lng
but...
then logon, with subscriber (owner permisions) or user mode, no select box appears with language selection.

Tried uploading with drag and drop in winbox with same results.

any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

the new user manager is only in testing stage, and available as a separate BETA package. did you install the test version specifically? also, the translation support is not finished entirely. it's experimental

Thanks for reply normis.
Don't know that feature was only in beta. I have upgraded on 16th of october OS to 4.1 (stable) and User Manager 4.1, and read about translations on router OS in this forum.

I'll finish the spanish translation to be ready when this feature become stable.
