Is there a possibility that many users can connect with the same username ans password generated by the user manager like this example:

I generate a user with an internet access of 1 hour, and a 2 users connect simultaneously with the same username and password but both user consume the time, so they would just be able to be connected for 30 minutes and after the 30 minutes the uptime-limit will reach the limit, every user 30 minutes, that will make the 1 hour of uptime limit.

Can that scenario be done in the user manager?

I don't think user manager works that way. You can allow (or not allow) simultaneous connections, but it would probably just count time while 1 or more are logged in, regardless of how many more than 1 are logged in.

There might be other third party radius servers that have the option you are looking for.
