dude-3.5-mipsbe.npk?

Tue Jan 05, 2010 7:57 pm

What is the package dude-3.5-mipsbe.npk for?

I upgraded a RB411 to RouterOS 3.30, as usual, then uploaded and installed dude-3.5-mipsbe.npk.
The log says everything installed ok. In /system packages I have the dude 3.5

In winbox there is no dude menu, and when I run terminal I cannot find anything to do with dude.

Thank you

P.S. I am looking for a dude package, to install onto my main AP, and use the main AP as the Dude server, My main AP is still a RB500.

You have to use The Dude client on a windows machine or a linux box with wine installed. For the server type in the IP address of your RB500. I believe the default username is admin and the password is blank.

I have similar problem:

RB433AH with RouterOS v4.5 + DUDE 3.5 + microSD 1GB. DUDE is installed. No problems.

Bad...

http://{MK_IP_adress}:81/
or
http://{MK_IP_adress}/dude/

-> can’t open the page.

Routerboard CPU is constantly fully loaded (100%) and great big nothing.
Unique solution is reboot.

What about it? I don't know.
