what is the configuration to mesh be running ?
can i broadcasting in one SSID ?
How much customer bears each one card ?
can i use one antenna or i must to use tow ?

about the voltage and the ampers you can look in routerboard.com product pdf file.
Yes, you can connect 50 clients to each AP, but know that you will not get high throughput if all your clients will transmit at the same time.
You can use the same frequency if the antenna points different direction, but if it points the same direction I recommend to use different one so they do not interfere with each other.
For each wireless card you should have one antenna.
