i had QOS in Quee trees and when i start loadbalance in 2 backbone or start IBGP that can use from service of 2 provider my QOS doesnt work.

can anybody help me?

Oh, I don't know. "Certified Mikrotik Telepath" sounds like quite a nice qualification
