MT on DELL PowerEdge 1850

Plase advise if RouterOS will work with following H/W configuration of Dell PowerEdge 1850

Processors: 2 x Intel Xeon 3,4GHz / 2MB L2 cache / 800MHz FSB (SL7ZD)
Memory: 2 x 2GB DDR2 PC3200 ECC Registered PC2-3200R-333-12
HDD: 2 x 73GB UltraWide 320 SCSI (Seagate Cheetah 15K.4 15000obr./min)
Controller SCSI: LSI Logic UltraWide SCSI 320 RAID 0 and 1 own memory

Optic drive: CD-ROM SLIM
Graphics controller: ATI 8MB
Power Supply: 1 x 550W Hot-Swap
1 x RS-232
2 x Gigabit Ethernet
2 x 10-Gigabit Ethernet

RouterOS doesn't support SCSI yet, so find something with IDE or SATA disks

OK, Thanks for the info,
but will it work with multi-processor system?
Except SCSII the mentioned configuration will be OK?

seems fine, but not sure about ethernet drivers.

OK, I'll verify ethernet hardware.

How would you compare (estimate) this h/w performance in comarison to RB1000 ?

Do you think it will be more powerfull then RB1000?

I do not know about vs rb1000, but check which xeon you a getting, the performance can be a 2-4 x factor depending on which 3.4ghz xeon.
