Your modem/bridge is already connected as PPPoE client, isn't' it?
Do you have any options on Modem to setup private network on interface, which is going to RouterOS?

Hello,
I've got also routerboard as PPPoE client over ADSL modem. One thing is, if you have your modem setup properly. There are VCI and VPI parameteres of connection, which has to be correct for your ISP.

Also my configuration of PPPoE client is slightly different than the other in guide. Here's my `/ interface pppoe-client print`

Flags: X - disabled, R - running
0 R name="O2" max-mtu=1492 max-mru=1492 mrru=disabled interface=adsl
user="o2" password="o2" profile=default-encryption service-name=""
ac-name="" add-default-route=yes dial-on-demand=no use-peer-dns=yes
allow=pap,chap,mschap1,mschap2

I've got RB433AH, ROS v4.5, D-LINK DSL584-t
