Where can I turn on SNMP functionality?

From Winbox:

Open the "IP" menu, Choose "SNMP" which will open the "SNMP Server" window. Click on the "SNMP Settings" button there and check the "Enabled" box. Click Apply and you should be set. On the "SNMP Server" window, you can double click on the Name "public" and change that to some other SNMP string you would like to use to access the device with SNMP. You can also select the range of addresses in the Address section that you want to be able to access the device with SNMP.

/snmp community set <number> write-access=yes
