I had a router burn out and put in a new one that is running v4 (was at v.3.25). I always put a kill rule at the end of my simple queues to keep unauthorized traffic off. Now as soon as I enable the kill queue it kills all traffic on my router. The kill queue is just a catchall (ie. dist_net/24 limit=1k)

Did something change in the way v4 runs simple queues? There is nothing in the changelog as far as I can tell.

Is it still the last queue in order on the list?

Yes, it is the last queue on the list. All other queues are dynamic and therefore are automatically put above this queue.
