SNMP V2c with Version 4.6

Can someone advice me if RouterOS Version 4.6 (build Feb/26/2010) can have snmp v2v?

I need to use SNMP V2c for 64bit counters so I can view Multicast traffic with my network monitor platform - PRTG Network Monitor from Paessler. Kind regards,
