Specifying tls=yes for logging e-mail

Is there anyway to specify 'tls=yes' for all e-mails using Tools->Email ? I can do it in a script but I want to be able to do it for email logging actions.

When you type '/tool e-mail set ?', you will see all available options you can set.
I don't see tls listed, so it's not a configurable setting.
Just noting the online help available within RouterOS.
