i have a routerboad 411 cable from injector about 30m.
the first time i connected it i could access winbox with no problem.then i started having problems with getting the mac address on winboxloader.if i get the mac and connect ,i get msg 'connection failed port 2#### '

i then shorten the cable ,could get access into winbox.then i installer an Xr5 card then i started getting the same problems.
is it that 411 can't handle XR5
