We have serious problem while we're begin to setup a couple new RB 433 with 1 WMIA-166A mini pci, 1 PoE , 1 adaptor 24 volt, suddenly it boot with the green and orange LED on ether1 or PoE , ether 2, and ether3 blinking all together we don't know what's going on , then we check the winbox status none mac or ip address showing up but opposite of LAN status in our notebook is show connected. We try to reset and change the adaptor plug directly to RB433 without PoE , its same nothing happen. Please, we need helped and suggest to solve this problem . TIA

Is it blue LED stable on. Do you hear single then double beep? Try power on without mPCI wireless card.

yes, i hear sound or beep twice, i try to power on without mini pci, but both LED on eth still blinking and when i touch the surface on ethernet is very hot !! . TIA
