How can i block p2p ???????????????

ever seen the manual? simply add a firewall rule with the setting `p2p=all-p2p` and then the action `drop`

no, i already told you what should be done, and gave a link to the examples. is it so hard to click on a link?

i need somthing like this to block p2p

u can help me????

last question do u know anything about Cache ., can i do it in Mikrotik

if you are talking about caching,
web-proxy provides caching, but you MUST read documentation about web-proxy:
