One thing you need to keep in mind is that the MikroTik is a router, not a switch, it handles VLANs very differently than a switch will. It is also Linux based OS, it handles VLANs in the way Linux does. You cannot assign tagged and un-tagged port, or ports with different PVIDs. When you add a VLAN to a MikroTik, as far as it is concerned it's another physical interface that it can use.
