Actually i install New Router-board 1100 in SP environment, i have two problem,1st: before i install RB1100, they have cisco router which it is PPOE-Server with no Username/password, so the RB not support this kind of authentication, is there a way to config rb110 with Autonomous user for PPOE-Server and no need for asking Username/Password from user. 2nd is if i NAT the IPs with Source NAT after the number of users goes up, the NAT not work and i have to Change the NAT type to Masquerade.

There's no way I can see to create an onboard router secret with no username and password, however you can create a static secret on the mikrotik without need for an external radius server.
The PPPoE stuff is easy to setup and should work exactly the same as the Cisco.

As for the IP's are you handing out private or public IP's at the moment and what rules are you using to nat them?
If you have public IP's the best way would be to make a pool of public IP addresses then a secondary pool of private addresses for if you run out.

Then make a NAT rule for just the private range, masquerading traffic behind an address.

but actually at this time i want to replace the Mikrotik with PPOE Server in Cisco 7200 router, and as i told you in cisco you can conect users via PPOE and without user/pass, and because we have too many users we can not tell them the new way of login
when i test there is only possible to login users with one username and without password

Hmm, only way I can see you could do it would be to setup a small radius server where an entry of no username and password is accepted.
It might be worthwhile sending a support ticket to mikrotik to see if they know of any way you can accept a blank username or password on the device.

if you use pap/chap/mschap (not mschapv2), you may use some fake RADIUS that will send Access-Accept to any connection request, I believe
