Hi I just upgraded routeros to v4.10. Then it showed me window to update license key, but it shows that it failed. The router is connected to internet.

you have to email support in this case. this is because you had already done the upgrade some time in the past, and now you are doing it again.

I contacted support, I have got automatc reply. How long does it take to solve this problem?

Hello Normis,
i did an upgrade of my router 3.30 to ver 5.0 and am been told to update licence. I have done this severally, but i keep getting failed licence update.
I have 36 hrs left to revive this licence. i have a large network and i dont know what to do for now. I have sent a request to support with suppout file since 36 hrs ago and all i get is automated replies . Pls assist in getting to the bottom of this please.
