Can somebody help me with the link colors?

I mean if the link is ok I want it green color and if the link goes down I want it red color?

How can I made this?

I don't know if that is possible but you can formulate a notification for specific interfaces that will let you know when they go down. Gsandul made the pieces to do the notification if memory serves...
