Hi,

There is nothing wrong,
just that parent queue has limit of 1900k, and queue in-not torrent utilizes 220.5k and the rest of 1680.5k is being utilized by in-torrent queue, so in fact 220.5k+1680.5k=1901k what matches your max limit in parent queue in-wan.

Regards.

I supose "in-not-torrent" trafic must utilise whole bandwidth (1900k) because it heavy load, but it uses only 250kbps.

For that you should define priorities in both queues

As far as i remember "red" queue does't send packets. So "green" does. But it does't happens in my case. Am I wrong?

you should define different priorities between these two queues since both have the same priority, and torrents can suck all your bandwidth.
In order that your queue in-not-torrent get more bandwidth just give higher priority like:
queue=pcq priority=4

The colors are just to show how close to the max limit you are basically utilization on that particular queue, it has nothing to do with forwarding traffic.

Regards.

Faton.

Priorities helped, thanks to all.

And one more question: what type of queue should I use in my case?
             ____________
            |            |
            |            |<=> HTPC (torrents)
            |            |
Internet <=>|  Mikrotik  |<=> PC
(pppoe)     |            |
            |            |<=> Laptop
            |____________|

Trafic devided to "torrents" and "not-torrents"

Youre fine. Change the priority of the not-torrent queue to 5, Start downloading a big ISO or something NOT torrent and watch the torrent queue slow down to 100k as the not-torrent traffic picks up.
