I am not a test latest v5 beta.
We can not use unstable versions on the servers.
Now we collect a few powerful routers
NICs on the chipset 82576 is not ranking in the list of supported hardware.
What advise?

Thanks

We update drivers in each new version. v5beta7 has the newest Intel drivers. if you card is not recognized in v4.11, it's a 70% chance it works in v5beta7

Maybe you can suggest equipment, which can collect gigabit router with pps over a million?

Is igb driver present in ROS v5 ? Or only e1000 ?
from your link:
There are three Linux* Base Drivers for Intel® Gigabit Network Connections.

- e1000e-x.x.x.x.tar.gz driver supports the Intel® PRO/1000 PCI-E (82563/6/7, 82571/2/3/4/7/8, or 82583) based gigabit network adapters.

- igb-x.x.x.tar.gz supports Intel® 82575/6 & 82580-based gigabit network connections.

- e1000.x.x.x.tar.gz support all Intel® PCI and PCI-X gigabit network adapters/connections.
so, if it's e1000, then it's enough

e1000 is a basic driver, he will work with all network cards.
But it will not use all their hardware capabilities and in this case makes no sense to use server versions of network cards.
e1000e - uses some of the hardware possibilities 82563/6/7, 82571/2/3/4/7/8, or 82583 .
igb uses all the hardware possibilities 82575/6 and 82580, and gives a noticeable increase in productivity at high loads.
