thanks for your help thus far.. ive had to change the approach on my setup a little and have decided to go with a MAC authentication in user manager.. it all is working ok now on the wireless clients but i cant seem to account for traffic on the wired connections.. ive read that dhcp cant do traffic accounting, only authentication to had out a dhcp lease.. is this correct? how would i go about accounting for traffic on the wired connections?.. am i going to have to use a hotspot... and authenticate via MAC?.. for example i have a VoIP phone adapter that i would like to account for traffic on.. any suggestions?
