I'd like to setup a CPE that includes a 2.4ghz hotspot or just a plain access point. So it should do the following:
1. Create pppoe connection via 5ghz grid
2. Create an access point with the 2.4ghz omni

The cpe will be a rb433 with 2 minipci cards, 1 x 5ghz and 1 x 2.4ghz

Is this the case?:
adsl line -- pppoe on ether1 (Routerboard 1) -- 5ghz on wlan1 (Routerboard 1) --------5ghz on wlan1 (Routerboard 2) -- 2,4ghz b/g on wlan2 (Routerboard 2)

You should be more specific but an advice would be to be carefull with:
Clear Line of sight in your 5ghz link
What area do you want to cover with that 2,4ghz omni.
Consider sector antennas for laptops,pda,cell phones or a small omni 7-9db in an altitude not above 3-4 meters.
Interference in the omni antenna as if you are planning a 5ghz link you would probably be in a high altitude location for the omni to work properly.
Hotspot is an 1min config thanks to mikrotik's hotspot setup.Just add ip address, dchp server, ip pool on hotspot interface (wlan2) and run the hotspot setup step by step.
Then add a default route to routerboard 1.
