I have mikrotik boarder 2.9.6 version
and I was put to user name and password one of them write permission
and other full persmission
I was lost the password for full permission and I can't rest the configuration
is there and method to help me please
wait your answer

You might have to reinstall.

What hardware are you running?

I have no Idea about that
I have just little knowldage about it
it's small balck box
with three LAN ports and one for access poit
I can reinstall it cause I don't know how to do it
please help me

Does your hardware have a CF(compact flash) module or is it a routerboard running on the onboard flash?

Where did you purchase your hardware?

I was bought it for Dubai In UA
and I have licence 5
I just see the ports I told you before and one serial port and one write pext on it
by the way righ now I have permission to write and read
but it's not fully permission
can you do something for that

Wow dude,

that's called bad luck!

How come you lost password?! Write down all possible passwords you might entered, then try all of them (also with CAPS LOCK on).

Your hardware description sounds like it COULD be a RouterBoard 500... I think your only chance (other then remembering the password) would be doing a re-install via netinstall. This will also keep your license...
