Please help to solve my problem . i wann ip pool to be forwarded on particulatr ip. I am looking for this but i d't find any where. Please help to solve this

what i wann is i have one pool /24 of publice ip. now i wann to put all these ip on mikrotik 433AH . now i want to give 16 public ip to my client who is connected via 411. here the ip on ether1 of client (mikrotik 411) must become gateway to the client. please tell me the steps to do this. i can gave one ip address and password of mikrotik who is doing this . but for this i need your mil id where i will send you the ip and password.
