This is where your hotspot service thinks your login service is:

This is from your last post on the previous thread. That is not the hotspot address. I think it was that at one time, but you have done some editing and removed some things. You may have removed the wrong profile.
The current hotspot address is invalid. The "default" profile hotspot-address=0.0.0.0
Even if you change that hotspot back to the other profile (hsprof2), it is not 192.168.1.1 either. It is 192.168.2.1. ??
The correct profile was probably hsprof1.
Try setting the hotspot-address to 192.168.1.1 in the default profile. And remove the http-proxy setting there too. Set it back to 0.0.0.0:0
