In the log i Winbox, I saw the fallowing lines

skip router advertisement sending on <pppoe-xxx>: no prefixes to send
where xxx is my username in pppoe.

It means there are no IPv6 RAs to send on those interfaces because there are no IPv6 prefixes configured on them.

Either ignore it or uninstall the IPv6 packet if you don't need it.

Depends. Are you running IPv6 and are you expecting your router to send RAs on those interfaces? If you're not then it's obviously not a problem. If you are expecting it to then you do have a problem.

Uninstall the IPv6 package, as mentioned previously.
Is it enough to disable IPv6 package?

Yes.
I disable the ipv6 package from Winbox and "schedule to be disabled" was written beside it in Winbox and in the next reboot, IPv6 package is still there and it was not disabled.
