I'm new to this QOS so im gonna need some help setting up my QOS on my RB493AH, My LAN IP & GW is: 10.10.10.254,

Priority is:

1 Email
2 Chat. e.g ym,skye and etc.
3 Etc
8 Youtube.com

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

QoS is not a simple and quick thing that can be covered in a couple of posts. It will require you to spend hours of your time researching it and playing around with it to configure it and get it working the way you expect and want.

Read the manual, read user examples, watch the videos. Once you think you have a grasp on what is going on, then play around with what you learned and tweak it to fit your needs.
