what configuration should i use for 433ah

hi everybody
i am facing a problem. a site with 433ah with three in one :
three sector is connected to that and arount 15 to 20 customer on that radio.
the problem is all customer are not getting the full speed and time=ms is breaking,
and every time i change the frequency and band.
some body help me ?

use the queues option this will solve the problem.

how to configure the queue option ???
currently rb433 is configured access point (bridged )
can i configure routing. is it good than briged network
mode =ap
freq 2447
band= b+g
and all customer are connected with diff diff speed
plz tell me how to configure queues option ?
there is no nat or dhcp configured on the router. it simple access point.
client uses static ip provided by us..

just add the ip in queues option and rember to select the interface for that ip . if you forget to select the interface than it will create trouble for you . after you add the quese give tham the specified speed in max speed and min speed . than we we run script in terminal the command is interface bridge setting set use-ip-firewall=yes after this only your quese will start working . gave what speed you wann to customer from your server. but actual speed will be manage by your router
