I need for one specific purpose to build mikrotik router with wireless AP function. It should be wireless N. I choose Atheros 5418 AR5BXB72 AR5008 mini pci card but this card has 3 antenna connectors... Here is a problem couse there is no place for third antenna on the box so I wonder can I connect only 2 antennas? Card supports ABGN but A will never be used... So May I connect 2 antennas and which of those 3 to exclude?

which box? what product do you use?

It is alix 2c13 board with its box.

make sure that the alix boards mini-pcie slot is designed for wifi cards and not for 3g cards.
Second, I would suggest to look for a newer Atheros chipset card as haven't tested if your mentioned chipset card will work with RouterOS.
