and i have one user download as the the image appear
i test that in her PC
her download / upload is 925 / 675
high speed
over than my line
where he can get this speed from?
is that possible?

Contact your ISP if you're worried about it. They apparently haven't provisioned your rate limit correctly apparently, though I would be happy with the extra speed from them.

i am not happy .. just one in the network happy (lol)
But how the mikrotik give hem this tare?
i give all the users as the same rate
