Mikrotik don'T allow connection from Polycom 8030 ip phone

Fri Sep 09, 2011 1:25 am

We are using os 5.6 with routerboard 493G and r52hn
We setup the wireless to accept connection and enable WMM
Computer and regular phone are working fine and connect ok
But the Polycom 8030 always say WMM APs not found
Polycom require a SVP or a WIFI with WMM connection to work
Anyone as ever work with that configuration ?

I had the exact same problem with a Cisco SPA525G, and a RB493g, with R52, and one omni indoor antenna.

In B/G/N mode, the phone wont connect, but it connects in B/G mode. I suspect im missing one antenna, in other words missing one chain when running in N mode?...

Im running with WMM disabled and and standard firewall / NAT config...
