Hardware encryption on RB1100AH (not AHX2)

Sat Dec 10, 2011 4:18 pm

Is there hardware encryption capability on the RB1100 AH and not on the RB1100AHX2. In the manual, it seems to imply so. But on the spec sheet, its different (ROC-NOC).

???

There was an older RB1100AH model which had it, but the new ones don't have it anymore, only RB1100AHx2 has it now.

Wonderful! You have my money! And You can keep the hardware acceleration for Yourself, too. Too bad i looked only on the website when i ordered and payed for this. Do You ship the hardware feature separately, because i payed for it? I know it's a bad joke, but i payed. You should swallow the joke and keep quiet.

Website or manual mentions no such thing, at least I don't know where you found it. Can you point us there?

LIke I said before, we had a different model before, which used a different CPU and a different montherboard design. At that time, it had a different manual, because it had different features.

When we introduced new model family (RB1200, RB1100AH, RB1100AHx2), the manual was replaced, which is quite logical, as the devices had different features/functions.

When Ford releases a new model the next year, will you also blame them for "hiding" the old brochure, and that the new model looks different than the old one?
