time slots

Wed Dec 21, 2011 4:06 pm

Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to create time slots for users on my mikrotik and if yes could you please tell or show me how? for instance i have some clients who prefer to be online at times between 8am to 6pm while some prefer round the clock (24hours) service whilest some just prefer the night shift!

I would like to seperate each of these classes and put the users in different ip ranges and classes and then create time slots for them.

I would really appreciate it if you could help me out here.

what you mean by slots? different speed limitations depending on time? If yes, that that is doable. Check the time settings in queues and firewall.

No, I meant that they would only be given access at certain times and other times than that they wont be able to browse!

Can this be done for separate users?
