Hello all,
I have an existing network that runs great right now:
Cisco 2821 A.A.A.129---switch---DNS1-A.A.A.130, Mikrotik-A.A.A.132
The Mikrotik manages two networks - gateway one 10.90.90.1 with DHCP private IP pool to outdoor wireless customers, gateway two 192.168.100.1 - with DHCP private IP pool to office PCs.
Everything works fine with the setup above.
Now, I have been using a Mushroom Truffle to combine bandwidth from ATT and my local cable company. It was running in drop-in mode, so no network changes were needed. Ran great, until it died....
So, I picked up a Peplink 200, supposed to do the same thing using their drop in mode, but its not working...
Peplink has my public IP address of A.A.A.135.
Here is how Peplink said to put this in my network:
Cisco gateway router----to-WAN-port1-on-Peplink in drop-in mode.
Cable modem----to WAN-port2-in-DHCP mode.
My DNS, and Mikrotik are both attached to the LAN ports of the Peplink, like they said.
When all this is hooked up, from the Peplink I can run a ping test and only access my Cisco gateway router. My DNS and my Mikrotik does not respond, even though they are directly connected to it.
Anyone out there have any skill with this setup?
Do I need to make modifications to my Mikrotiks routing?
Thanks.
